About the CSPO
The Certified Product Owner® (CSPO) course is a two-day, entry-level course taught by a Certified Scrum Trainer® certified through the Scrum Alliance. The CSPO course is designed to cover all the basics of Scrum and also provide a large amount of material devoted to the Product Owner role. This course is appropriate for people in the Product Owner role as well as other stakeholders that can benefit from learning about the Product Owner’s key role in delivering successful projects such as Product Managers, ScrumMasters, Project Managers, Business Analysts and Leadership.
Through an experiential, hands-on learning approach, attendees will learn about the importance of the Product Owner role, interactive techniques for developing innovative products, and guiding the team toward results with real business value.
